Subject: There are Rubber Ducks that need savin!!!!

Geez

The time is upon us to come to the rescue of the Rubber Ducky’s !!! (really plastic blow ups)

Where….Out There !!
When…. Saturday March 26th at 1pm on the LYC dock for instructions
Why…….Tradition !!!
Who…….Eh….you and a crew of brave souls willing to put it all on the line!!
What the…Floating Yellow Ducks
How……..Man over board drill practice

This is a fun time with friends thing that has real value reminding us that hats and “some people” do fall off the boat from time to time and need rescue.
Sharpen your skills ….win the big prize…laugh at those who would actually run a friend over trying to save them..(with a ducky it’s funny)…

A few basic cheats….kids can see about ten times better than adults…a woman with a pole should be given alot of space…give the boom room…the duck really doesn’t care ….beer is best served cold…friends don’t let friends freak out if you miss on the fifth try….

DO COME OUT AND ENJOY WHAT THE WEATHER MAN SAYS IS GOING TO BE A REAL TEXAS SPRING PEACH OF A DAY !!!!!

CYODL
Cruising for a better tomorrow

Wow, I did not realize that this blog was available or I would have posted sooner! My husband, Den and I enjoyed an amazing day of sailing with Captain Mike, along with another couple that are also friends with Captain Mike! The Rubber Ducky hunt was a lot of fun! In my past, I have sailed many times, so this was refreshing and invigorating! We stayed for dinner and then went on a night cruise………Wow…… so peaceful, beautiful, just not able to find the words to completely describe how wonderful it was. THANK YOU Captain Mike! You gave memories that will be treasured forever!
